We recently had a question from one of our customers about a Quicktime problem. Everytime she went to watch the videos, she could hear them just fine, but QuickTime showed only a green screen.

Here's the solution: Open up QuickTime and go to Preferences. Then, under Display Settings (or Video Settings depending upon your version) uncheck the bottom two boxes. Click "apply" and you should be good-to-go.
